How long does bridal wear delivery take?  
Bridal and groomswear customisation averages 12–16 weeks. Occasion wear takes 6–10 weeks. For rush orders, please contact us directly to discuss options.

What is Shehnai's return and cancellation policy?  
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Return eligibility varies by product type — please contact us with your order details for specific guidance.

Do you offer tailoring for online orders?  
We do not tailor online orders unless you visit our Fremont boutique in person. If you are local to the SF Bay Area, we recommend visiting for a fitting to ensure a perfect result.

What shipping options does Shehnai offer?  
We offer free standard shipping on orders above $300, taking 5–10 business days. Expedited shipping is available on request. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Can I browse Shehnai's collection before visiting?  
Yes, you can browse our current collections on our website or view our Yelp and social media pages. We recommend booking an appointment after browsing so we can personalise your experience.

Yes, you can view current collections online or you can schedule a appointment via Whatsapp/Text at 510-917-1955 or email shehnaibridalboutique@gmail.com to set an appointment visit our boutique located in Fremont, California.
How Long do Custom Orders take?
On average, Occasion wear takes anywhere between 6-10 weeks to deliver. Bridalwear and Groomswear takes between 12-16 weeks to deliver. Text/call/whatapp about rush orders or customization options on any specific product. 
Do you tailor the clothing?
We do not do tailoring on online orders. Please find a local tailor who can accommodate. If you are local to the SF Bay Area, California you may come into our retail store for tailoring services. Extra charges will apply.
How many days does it take to process the order?
We will process and ship your order within 1-3 business days. 
How many days does it take to receive my order?

How do I know what size I am?
Please refer to the size chart that is posted on the website. Sizes may vary across different styles. Our experts can further assist you with the exact measurements, so that you can compare it with your own. Feel free to email us any inquiries. Please include screenshot of product in the email.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders over $300.
Do you offer free shipping on exchange?
We do not offer free shipping on exchanges. Customers are responsible for shipping charges both ways. 
Are the colors shown on the website accurate to the garments?
We try to accurately display the colors of the garment on our website. However, we cannot give you a 100% guarantee that the colors of the garment will match the colors viewed on the website. Slight variation may occur.
Can I place an order for an item that is out of stock?
If we do not have an item that you are interested in, please email us at shehnaibridalboutique@gmail.com . We will let you know within a few days if we are able to make the piece in your size and the lead time.
How do I know if my order has been placed?
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirming your order.
How do I track my order?
Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
