Please email us at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving your product with a reason for exchange. Our team will get in touch with you on how to proceed. When we receive the product back, we will do a detailed check and if we feel that the product has not been used, we will do an exchange or offer store credit. The item must be unused and in new condition with the original packaging and tags attached in order for us to accept it back. Once we have responded to your request, the product must be shipped back within 24 hours of receiving it. We do not offer refunds, but we will exchange or offer store credit. Jewelry and accessories are final sale. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs for sending the product back.
